DocoPic is an AI-powered documentation generation service that converts source code into various types of technical documentation including PRDs, UAT documents, API documentation, and user guides.
3. User Accounts
- You may use the Service as a temporary user with limited features
- Creating an account gives you access to additional features
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must provide accurate and complete information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
- Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Exceed usage limits or abuse the Service
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the code you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your code solely for the purpose of generating documentation.
Generated Content: Documentation generated by our Service is owned by you. Free tier documents include a watermark that must not be removed.
Our Service: The DocoPic service, including all software, design, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Free Tier: 5 exports per 3-day period with watermarks
- Pro Plan: $49/month for unlimited exports
- Team Plan: $199/month for team features
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Accuracy or completeness of generated documentation
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the Service will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCOPIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocoPic from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
